Our Vision

To make decisions and to take actions that guarantee the wellbeing of people and the environment both now and for the future

Our Philosophy

Early Childhood Learning and development comprises of education and teaching to support children’s balanced growth.

The influence of an adult that respects each child’s individuality through promoting social and interactive skills by paying attention to and caring about each other’s needs and abilities, and by having a positive attitude towards other people, other cultures and different environments is fundamental for our family day care service and vital for the productivity in society.

The power of play, when it is child-directed, motivates and engages in opportunities to learn cognitive, emotional, social and physical skills both in the short and long term. Activities that promote learning through play in a thoughtfully created environment will allow the educator to carefully observe the children and collaborate with families to evaluate the children’s ongoing progress for leaning and development.

The focus will be emphasized on developing transversal skills where taking care of oneself and managing daily life while having competence with both technology and working life are well managed. Equal importance to be given for active skills such as participation, involvement, entrepreneurship and creating a sustainable future.

Our Practices

  • The individual and collective strengths will be recognized and valued.

  • Respect and having regard for the dignity of everyone will be upheld.

  • Self-practices of the adults will remain honest, open and fair through ongoing professional learning and development.

  • Facilitate families to have trust and to feel secure in the culture of the service that cherishes their young children to feel free to safely explore the world around them.

  • Everyday thinking and practice will always be embedded in maintaining child safe standards.
